Corrections
We get things wrong.
When we do, we say so clearly, explain exactly what changed, and archive the correction permanently. No silent edits. No excuses.
Corrections Policy
Corrections are always published
If we published something factually wrong, we publish a correction. The original article is not deleted — it is updated with a visible correction notice at the top.
Every correction is logged here permanently
This page is a running record of every significant correction Nepal Next has made, in reverse chronological order. Nothing is removed from this log.
We explain what was wrong and why
A correction includes: what was stated, what is correct, why the error occurred (where known), and who made the correction. Vague corrections that say "we have updated this article" without explanation are not acceptable.
We do not hide corrections in social media
If an incorrect story was shared widely, we notify the correction to the same channels. Corrections must reach the same audience as the original error — not just people who go looking.
Right of reply before publication
Any named individual described negatively in a story is offered right of reply before publication. This does not mean we change our findings — it means we include their response.
Correction Log
No corrections on record yet.
This is either very good news or we have not launched widely enough to make mistakes.
